More fishing and more fun

Friday morning Jason left early to go fishing with my sister's husband (Chris) up near Beaver. The boys and I finally got ready and out the door and went to my sister Erin's apartment. She just moved there in July. We got to play with her adorable 5-month-old, Max. Although Ethan and Colin were more impressed with Erin's dogs, Murphy and Thatch, who do all kinds of tricks. We went to lunch and then back to her apartment. The babies napped and Ethan helped give the horses water and tried to convince the dogs that he's an authority figure. After the dads got back, Erin, Chris, Ethan, and Jason did a little riding around the arena. We left to join Jason's brother Ryan, his wife, Leanne, their 3 kids, and Leanne's parents for a birthday dinner for Ryan. Ethan loves his cousin "Max who's 8," and has been begging to see him again since we left dinner. Max is so sweet to him and patient and such a great older cousin. Leanne had the marathon to run the next morning so we called it an early night and went back to Erin's to get the kids to bed. We weren't too far behind them.
