Triathlon
Did my first sprint triathlon! Swam 300 meters in the pool, then biked 10 (HILLY) miles, then ran 3.1 (also hilly) miles, but I was prepared for the run. The bike, not so much. The swim wasn't bad, but I have lots of room for improvement. My two favorite parts were the high from knowing I was going to finish, and having Jason and the kids cheering me on. When's the next one??
