Can someone explain to me why that's a Christmas song? I don't get it. I must be missing something.

By the way, which sounds worse? That Ethan was eating pudding for breakfast, or that it was his after lunch snack and he was still in his pjs?

I am with you Kimberly! It drives me crazy that "my favorite things" is on Christmas albums and plays during the holidays. It is not a Christmas song! It is a song that belongs on the SOund of Music album. Don't get me wrong I like the song, but not when I am wanting to hear Christmas tunes. By the way, your boys are adorable! And if it makes you feel any better, it is noon and we are all still in are pajamas! Why get dressed in uncomfortable clothes if you aren't going anywhere? Hey I go places in my pajamas even.
Chocolate pudding and staying in my PJs all day are 2 of "My Favorite Things" (neither of which are mentioned in the "Christmas song", which has annoyed me for years. I thought I was missing something.
I hate that song too. It sounds like everyone hates that song. This is obviously a true conspiracy backed by Julie Andrews to collect more royalties!
Your kids are so cute! I love that Ethan is still in his pj's. It makes me feel better about my mothering.
Getting dressed it totally over-rated. It's 6:48 p.m. here and I never even showered today!!
